Something Just Like This, Suprise Sebelum "Kaledioscope" EP | Alwinata Blog

Haii guys kembali lagi di Alwinata Blog, setelah sekian lama vakum akhirnya admin kembali keluar dengan kabar gembira mengenai satu lagu terbau dari Coldplay featuring The Chainsmokers!!. Yap itulah "Something Just Like This". Penasaran?? CEKIDOTT!!

Baru baru ini, Duo Dj kondang, The Chainsmokers menjalin kerjasama dengan Coldplay untuk menggarap satu lagunya berjudul "Something Just Like This". Pada bulan September 2016, The Chainsmokers mengupload 2 short clip tentang lagu ini. Dan baru kemarin (22/2) lagu tersebut sudah dapat didengarkan dalam beberapa situs streaming seperti JOOX, atau Spotify. Sebenarnya memang belum banyak yang diketahui mengenai lagu ini, karena memang baru "hangat-hangatnya".

Dalam BRIT Awards, Coldplay dan The Chainsmokers pertama kali menampilkan secara live untuk lagu tersebut. Mungkin lagu tersebut termasuk suprise dalam BRIT Awards. Dalam instrumennya, secara sekilas kita mendengar orchestra seperti dalam "Viva la Vida" dan juga instrumen dari "Paris". Dengan perpaduan yang padu, kemungkinan lagu ini dapat menjadi pelipur lara bagi fans-fans Coldplay yang telah lama menunggu Kaledioscope EP. 

Dalam sisi video, tampak (sekali lagi) mirip dengan MV Coldplay "Strawberry Swing", dengan aksen seperti coretan pada papan tulis hitam. Untuk pemeran laki-lakinya juga sama, yaitu dengan mengenakan pakaian superhero lengkap dengan penutup matanya. Lagi-lagi pakaian seperti itu telah diapakai Chris Martin dalam MV yang sama juga. Well.... who knows??
